5HF-12/8/5 Plansifter Classifier is mainly used in crop seeds classification, such as the seeds of corn, beans, melon, etc. According to the differences of seeds' width or thickness, it could classify the seeds into 2 to 6 grades. The machine could be used for supporting the complete sets of seed processing equipment, and also can be used independently.
It is mainly composed of a feeding device, a screening system, a stand, etc.
The machine mainly adopts a plane screening structure with a reciprocating motion, configures screen pieces of appropriate specifications according to the seeds sizes, and realizes the purpose of classification through the reciprocating movement of the screening box. Round-hole screens classify seeds according to their width, while, the long-hole screens classify seeds according to the thickness.
An Electromagnetic Vibration Feeder is used to ensure the unity and uniformity of feed, and the feeding volume is controlled by a controller provided as an attachment. By adjusting the feeding speed in coordination with the screening box’s vibrating frequency, classification requirements of different crops can be met.
